Every day at DERRY LEISURE Factory, I'm constantly learning and improving. From a complete novice to someone proficient in operating high-frequency welding equipment to produce inflatable products, I've experienced many challenges and grown significantly, learning numerous key skills. This journey of struggle and refinement has made me who I am today.

When I first joined the factory, I knew nothing about the production process of inflatable products. My first position was on the high-frequency welding production line for PVC material welding, responsible for operating the high-frequency welding equipment. High-frequency welding technology uses the high heat generated by high-frequency current to fuse the edges of two pieces of PVC material together, forming a sealed inflatable product. Initially, I was filled with questions about this process and even feared operating the equipment. The high-frequency machines were large and complex, a single mistake could lead to product quality issues or equipment malfunction.

For the first few days, I learned to operate the equipment from experienced masters. Before each startup, the masters patiently explained the working principles, adjustment methods, and safety precautions to me. Initially, my grasp of the equipment adjustments was not solid, resulting in poorly sealed products and even leaks. Each inspection was frustrating, but my mentor always encouraged me, saying, "Everyone learns from failure, the important thing is to persevere and not be afraid of making mistakes."

Through continuous practice and adjustments, I gradually mastered high-frequency welding techniques. Each time I operated the machine, I carefully adjusted the frequency and temperature to ensure each weld point was strong and even. I also learned how to check the quality of raw materials, ensuring that every piece of PVC material met standards. As my skills improved, I became able to independently complete the welding of inflatable products, handle common equipment malfunctions, and even make small-scale process improvements.

However, the road to growth is not always smooth. During one production task, a material problem caused the entire production line to stop. Faced with this unexpected situation, I was extremely anxious, fearing it would affect the entire factory's schedule. Fortunately, with my master's help, we quickly identified the problem and took emergency measures. Through this experience, I deeply understood the importance of remaining calm and collaborating as a team at work. Afterward, I paid even closer attention to checking every detail to ensure that materials and equipment were in optimal condition.

With accumulated experience, my work efficiency gradually improved, and product quality became increasingly stable. I not only became proficient in operating high-frequency welding, but also capable of performing simple maintenance and adjustments on the equipment. I also became more adept at handling daily production issues, no longer as flustered as I was at the beginning. This growth stemmed not only from improved skills but also from my sense of responsibility towards my work and my support for the team.

Looking back on this journey, from a complete novice with no knowledge of high-frequency welding to a skilled worker capable of independently operating high-frequency welding equipment, I feel deeply proud. DERRY LEISURE Factory gave me the opportunity to showcase my abilities and allowed me to continuously push my limits and embrace challenges. Behind every inflatable product lies the sweat and perseverance of each and every one of us, and this experience has strengthened my resolve to pursue my career development.
